Profile
Björn Früh advises, among others, technology and industrial enterprises, software providers and public institutions on all legal issues in the areas of IT, data protection and e-commerce. His work includes the drawing up of standard terms and conditions in B2C and B2B as well as the negotiation and structuring of complex IT project agreements. He also focuses on advising clients preparing for the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
During his academic work at the Max Planck Institute and during his specialist studies, Björn Früh deepened his knowledge of intellectual property and competition law. Having worked as a freelance IT developer for many years, he has a profound understanding of the technical issues that can arise in software projects.
In early 2018 he completed his training as a specialist lawyer for IT Law.
