Profile
Ralf Klühe specializes in IT law and technology-related issues in copyright, trademark and competition law.
His focus lies on enterprises and public institutions that are confronted with legal issues within the context of traditional and agile IT projects, project and cooperation agreements, web- and app-based business models, Big Data and digital transformation, the protection and licensing of software, databases, IP rights and other corporate know-how. The enforcement and aversion of claims in the above areas both in an out of court also form part of his specialization. Ralf Klühe can rely on substantial experience as a lawyer in a leading business law firm in Germany, as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz and as a member of the examination board for IT law at the Stuttgart Bar Association (RAK).
