Profile

Tobias Stahl advises on all legal issues in the areas of IT, data protection and e-commerce. He advises clients on complex contracts for technology implementation projects in the area of ERP and the cloud as well as in IT project disputes. In addition, his expertise includes advising on data protection issues as well as on topics from (plant) construction law and other related areas of law at the interface with IT.

During his legal clerkship, Tobias Stahl worked, among others, for an international commercial law firm in Munich. Before joining Vogel & Partner in Karlsruhe in January 2022, Tobias Stahl worked for a renowned law firm in Heidelberg.
