In addition to the classic areas of consulting relating to the hiring and severance of employees, we have proven expertise in the area of employee leasing and the use of outside labor. We regularly accompany corporate restructuring, in particular, we negotiate severance plans for our clients.

A special focus of our practice lies in the legal support of companies under works constitution law. In doing so, we are less concerned with confrontational disputes between the company partners than with effective, goal-oriented dealings with the works council to enforce the economic interests of the employer.
