One of our consulting focuses is the review, drafting and negotiation of IT contracts of all kinds. These include cooperation, licensing, distribution and maintenance agreements, as well as classic and agile software development and project agreements. Due to the special expertise of our lawyers, we are leaders in the field of outsourcing and cloud computing.

As information technologies become increasingly strategic for our clients, we also advise on corporate transactions. We can provide teams at short notice to cover all information technology law issues in M&A transactions and due diligences. With our specific know-how, we support in-house teams of companies, partner law firms specialized in M&A and external advisors.

A special focus of our practice lies in the legal support of companies under works constitution law. In doing so, we are less concerned with confrontational disputes between the company partners than with effective, goal-oriented dealings with the works council to enforce the economic interests of the employer.

In addition to our expertise in drafting and negotiating complex project contracts, we also have in-depth know-how in the area of legal project management. This concerns projects with an IT focus such as ERP implementation and software projects in the logistics sector and in the banking and insurance sectors. However, we also have experience in projects in plant construction and comparable investment projects. We know classical and agile project methods – and not only from books. We read requirement specifications and other specifications and can understand them. We work closely with IT consultants and other technical advisors and know their point of view.
