Alexander Wiele

Alexander Wiele is one of the founding partners of the firm. For more than 15 years, he has been advising domestic and foreign companies, company founders, and investors on all matters of labor, commercial and corporate law. As a specialist attorney for labor law, he also regularly acts for employees and executives. He represents our clients nationwide in all civil and labor courts.
Alexander Wiele regularly handles cross-border mandates in English. As part of the firm’s French Desk, he also advises companies from French-speaking countries as well as domestic companies on their business activities in France.
Before founding Vogel & Partner Rechtsanwälte in 2011, Alexander Wiele was an attorney at a commercial law firm in Karlsruhe and at Ernst & Young AG in Frankfurt. Previously, he worked as a trainee lawyer for the international law firm Clifford Chance in Munich and the US law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York. Alexander Wiele is a lecturer for commercial and corporate law at the Faculty of Computer Science of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

- Restructuring of the German subsidiaries of an English IT staffing company
- Negotiation of a company acquisition on the buyer’s side concerning a building services engineering company with 100 employees
- For an IT group, outsourcing of a business unit and negotiation with investors
- Negotiation of a reconciliation of interests and severance plan with the works council for a publishing house due to outsourcing and closure of parts of the business
